From grief to wellness & the caring in between
- Care for the Family Caregiver -
Jill Taylor, R.N.
Through my own journey and my many years in health care, I have developed a number of unique programs for professionals, volunteers, and members of the general public.
For those people who are caring for a frail and/or elderly loved one, family or friend- whether it is at home, in a facility such as a care home, or in the community, either local or some distance away.
What this program covers:
1. Recognizing changes in the state of health of a loved one.
2. Seeking help.
3. Changes in family dynamics.
4. Decline of state of health.
5. Long term care.
6. Palliative care.
Private or Family Sessions:
$60.00 per hour.
Private and family sessions will
provide insight into personal situations. Needs, options, and outcomes will be
explored.
Group Presentations:
For groups of five to twenty-five.
Care for the Family Caregiver: 3 hours ($450)
Whole day presentations (6 hours) can be arranged.
Additional fees for expenses such as travel, accommodation, handouts, etc. may apply. Fees are subject to change. Terms and conditions are determined by contract.
